For my 28 day challenge I chose to give up Carbs, along with Soda Pop.
Week 1: I am going to gradually cut carbs out of my diet. For each day I am planning on limiting myself to at least one carb per day(1 slice of wheat toast, cup of Wheat pasta, etc., and NOO carbs after 5pm. NO SODAS what so EVER!!!!!
Week 2: I am going to incorporate exercise within my diet to build up my endurane. More Fruits and vegetables are going to be incorporated as well. Carbs are going to actually be out of my diet completely.
Week 3: Hopefully I am beginning to see some change. By this time Ill be jogging 2 miles and lifting weights. I will still be sticking to the Carb diet. If any carbs are going to be eaten they will be completely wheat, and no more than the size of a fist.
Week 4: I will be learning how to incorporate the healthy carbs back into my diet without gaining all the weight back. Im going to get involved with a nutritionist whom is going to let me know how to balance meals more thoroughly. By this time I hope to be in a size 6/7 jean size.
